Our team missed the title of annual champion, but we are proud of our team!! They finished 2nd
place of annual ranking!!
Driver Mr.Fukunaga gripped the steering wheel more tightly than usual due to the tension of final
stage. In opening SS1, he dropped to 4th, 7.6 seconds behind 1st driver Mr.Katsuta of TOYOTA
GR YARIS. However, Mr. Fukunaga and co-driver Ms. Saida got three consecutive top time in SS2 to
SS4, and finished first day with 1st place.
On the final day of the race, they showed us their best driving to grab the annual champion, but
they were unable to catch up with TOYOTA GR YARIS.
There was no one who could talk to Mr.Fukunaga, got depressed so much after the race.
Co-driver Ms.Saida, his mechanics, and all of us who support him could directly feel how big chance
he had missed.
But did you know the losers become even more stronger? We believe Mr.Fukunaga and Ms.Saida will
continue to show us their best performance in the rally world!!
