All Japan rally championship 5th stage “Montre 2022″

Date: Jun. 10, 2022 – Jun. 12, 2022
Rough and tumble race!! Can they win again here in this situation?!
Held in the southwestern part of Gunma overlooking Montre and three mountains in Jomo, the race was affected by inclement weather and bad road condition, and got rough and tumble.
DAY1 started with bad weather, course was like gravel affected by rain even though it was a tarmac course, so the top teams had a tough time. Under such conditions, Mr. Fukunaga ran in 1st place, but his right front tire burst in the grueling SS5, so he was forced to change tires during the SS. And He dropped down the order to 8th place and finised day1.
Despite the hopeless gap to the top group, the team is determined to gain as many points as possible in DAY2 in order to win the overall championship.
The long distance course paid off, and Mr. Fukunaga made the most of Fabia’s performance and his stamina. And finally, the backs of the top 3 competitors were in his sight!! However, he was one step short of them and finished in 4th place.
However, his perfromance in DAY2 gave us hope for his winning in the remaining races of this season!!
